Yamaha RD350 YPVS & LC Straight Cut Primary Gears

Our Current offering of the primary gears is for use with the big bore engines now becoming popular.

As the engine RPM is reduced we have modified the ratio to take account of this factor and also the expected increase in top speed.

We have also reduced the backlash in the cush drive to reduce transmission snatch.

Set comprises crankshaft gear, clutch gear, bronze bush, rivets and now new rubbers.

Yamaha RD350 YPVS & LC Billet Clutch Basket

This YPVS clutch basket has been manufactured to the same specification as the standard basket. It is machined from billet aluminium with a hard anodised finish.

Our basket has threaded holes and will come with replacement screws.

Yamaha RD350 YPVS & LC Primary Gear Bush.

We can no longer obtain the steel backed pattern bushes which we have supplied in the past for the YPVS and LC primary gears. Therefore we have manufactured our own grooved bush from PB104.

This bush is compatible with the standard Yamaha clutch gear or as a replacement in the Nova straight cut clutch gear.

This straight cut version of the oil pump drive gear is designed to be used with the Nova Straight Cut Primary Gears listed above.

Made from billet aluminium.
