Suzuki GT500 T500 Close Ratio Gear Conversion

The Nova CR A conversion gears together with the existing Suzuki gears give ratios exactly the same as the works 5 speeders.

Conversion kits A & B comprise of a new input shaft with 1st & 2nd gears machined on the shaft and a press on 3rd input gear; also supplied are 1st and 2nd output gears. The Nova output gears must be built onto the customers standard output shaft with standard Suzuki dog rings. The standard Suzuki input gears must be pressed onto the new Nova input shaft.

Conversion kits D comprises of a new input shaft with 1st & 2nd gears machined on the shaft and 1st output gear.

We can also supply new Nova manufactured standard ratio 4th & 5th input and 3rd, 4th & 5th output gears if your standard gears are worn out.

Please Note: This gearset has been designed primarily for racing applications. As such the standard kickstart/oil pump gear is not compatible with our gearbox. We can however modify the standard kickstart/oil pump gear if you want these features to remain operational.
