Suzuki DR650 Wide Ratio Gearset

Two wide ratio options available that allow better ratios for trials whilst not over revving the engine in 5th gear on the road between them.

Manufactured from billet machined motorsport grade steel which is case hardened before being superfinsihed in house.

Undercut dogs to improve shifting and promote positive engagement.

Two options available depending on requirements. The B option is slightly wider having a lower 1st gear ratio which requires a new input shaft. The A box still has a lower 1st gear pair than the standard box but does not require a new input shaft.

The B gearset comes with the input cluster pre built. Both options use the standard output shaft and are supplied with new assembly parts.
