Full five speed close ratio gear set for the Honda CB 900, with three undercut engagement dogs for fast positive gear changes. Supplied assembled and ready to fit using existing selector mechanism.

The ratio’s have been chosen with a view to circuit racing for which these machines are now being used.

Superfinished in house as standard.

1980-1982 Honda CB900 Close Ratio Conversion Kit

A taller 1st gear and 2nd gear for the Honda CB900 to offer a low cost set of ratios more suited to track use.

No benefits in shift performance and reliability as from the complete close ratio gearbox listed above.

The kits include a new input shaft, 2nd input, 1st output & 2nd output gears.

A straightforward replacement for the standard parts, use genuine Honda circlips, washers, etc to assemble.
