Hayabusa Wide Ratio Gearsets

A range of wide ratio gearsets for the Suzuki Hayabusa with racing undercut dogs for fast, accurate gear changes and positive retention. With ratios optimized for racing Busa-engined cars, these gears will allow for improved performance and reliability on the track. The gears are manufactured from high grade certified motorsport steel and are Superfinished as standard

We supply the 10 loose gears ready to fit (2nd to 6th input and 1st to 6th output). Ensure new genuine Suzuki Bushes, washers, circlips etc are used for assembly.

A heavy duty output shaft is also available and compatible with these gears, please click here for details.

We also offer a close ratio gearset and a standard ratio billet set suited to bike engine car applications.
